The sauna, also known as “dry sauna” or “Finnish sauna”, due to its origin, is a dry heat bath that is taken in a wooden cabin. The air heats up to a temperature that fluctuates between 80ºC and 100ºC thanks to a heater located inside the cabin. It provides intense relaxation and helps to eliminate toxins through the perspiration it causes.
Cabin made to measure, using specific types of wood: fir tree, hemlock, abachi... It includes a series of benches for rest and relaxation.
The classic, or traditional, sauna consists of a room with a wood veneer.
